Instructions follow

On the Appointment day, please reach the hospital by 8:00 am
Overnight fasting required.
Please do not have milk, Tea, Coffee in morning before the test. However, you may drink water
Complete abstinence from alcohol is required at least 2 hours,. Prior to the Check ups.
Kindly bring your morning samples of urine and stool in clean containers.
wear loose clothing & easily removable footwear & no Jewellery
please bring medical records if any, when you come for health check-up
Ladies- please inform the X-ray technicians if your pregnant & do not give urine sample , PAP smear for examination during menstruation
In case you are taking any medication, please bring your prescription , medication along with your, (if you are diabetic or a cardiac patient, please inform the health check executive
Consultation charges will be extra for super specialty department if referred by Doctors.
