Instructions follow

  1. On the Appointment day, please reach the hospital by 8:00 am 
  2. Overnight fasting  required. 
  3. Please do not have milk, Tea, Coffee in morning before the test. However, you may drink water 
  4. Complete abstinence from alcohol is required at least 2 hours,. Prior to the Check ups.  

  5. Kindly bring your morning samples of urine and stool in clean containers. 
  6. wear loose clothing & easily removable footwear & no Jewellery
  7. please bring medical records if any, when you come for health check-up 
  8. Ladies- please inform the X-ray technicians if your pregnant & do not give urine sample , PAP smear for examination during menstruation 
  9. In case you are taking any medication, please bring your prescription , medication along with your, (if you are diabetic or a cardiac patient, please inform the health check executive 
  10. Consultation charges will be extra for super specialty department if referred by Doctors.
